I'm a people person. I love working in a team, making new friendships and building working relationships. I've worked with many different people, both within my current company and from out-sourced agencies, AV companies as well as the business partners at our events. I'm not afraid to be the first to say 'Hello' and am extremely comfortable in new situations, helping others around me relax. I am not a push over, I have lots of patience when patience is deserved but don't let people use this to my disadvantage. As a manager I strive to create a stimulating working environment using this to excel my team rather than hinder their progress.
I have quickly excelled in my current work place and have loved every new challenge this has presented. I have been lucky enough to work on many different projects, building on current skills as well as developing many new ones. The skills, techniques and creative processes I have developed are transferable across all creative industries. I have a passion for advertising and film, whether it's telling a story with a still image, in 30 seconds or 2 hours. I am confident in my creative ability and management skills and look forward to steering my future teams to great success.
I graduated from Ravensbourne University in 2011 with a 2:1 in Motion Graphics BA (Hons). Whilst at University, I worked on numerous projects that allowed me to experience a broad spectrum of design.
